The Gardens at Stevens is a small 82-bed skilled, family-like nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing personal and professional care for your loved one.

Laundry and housekeeping are available, as are additional services such as x-rays, bloodwork, labs, and dental, with transportation provided if our residents need to see a specialist. The WanderGuard bracelet system ensures your loved one feels secure and safe and provides an extra level of security for those with Alzheimer’s.
