Testimonials

I would highly recommend The Gardens at Stevens. I had good care from the nursing staff, the food was good, and the therapy I received was excellent. They worked me hard and I am glad for that. The Facility is also very clean and warm. I wouldn’t change a thing about my stay.

Ken Hackman (Resident)

Fong (LPN) is nothing short of amazing! He has cared for my brother for several years. He is thorough and always pays close attention to detail. My entire family knows David is well cared for. Thank you for all you do.

Katie Maxey (Family Member)

I am happy I chose The Gardens at Stevens. They have been accommodating to my needs. The food is good, the facility is clean, the nursing care was excellent, and the therapy I received was exceptional. I would return to this facility if I needed to.

Margaret Texter came to us after a fall she had at home. She went to the door to look at the snow and when she turned around she twisted her leg and sat down on the floor.

Margaret chose to return to the Gardens at Stevens for her rehab. She was at this facility for rehab previously and her Mother was there at one time also. She states that she was treated very well.

She recommends this facility to her friends. Margaret also states that The Gardens at Stevens is close to her home and she feels safe here. She says there are many good people at this facility.

Thank you Margaret for your kind words and choosing The Gardens at Stevens for your rehabilitation stay!

Good Luck Peggy. It was a pleasure driving you to your appointments. We will miss you

Hey young lady how are u doing i hope this letter finds u in good spirits

Alvin Black came to our facility after a motor vehicle accident. He was initially limited due to his weight bearing status restrictions. Mr. Black’s restrictions impacted his mobility. He was anxious to improve and to return home with his family. Alvin progressed despite his restrictions and was motivated to participate in therapy services. Hi weight bearing status was upgraded to Weight Bearing as tolerated. Alvin was then able to ambulate and progress further with therapy services. A home assessment was completed and was successful. Alvin has now returned home with home health services and family support. Mr. Black is complimentary of nursing and therapy services in order to help him meet his goals and return home!

We wish you the best of luck Alvin! 💪
